Summary of Duties
Duties and Responsibilities:

Able to contact and maintain existing customer base.

Increase the existing sales channel by attracting new customers.

Able to travel on occasion to meet with customers at an offsite location.
-
Able to attend and positively represent the company at trade shows & expos.
-
Answer customer calls and inform about product capabilities and accessories.
-
Understand and stay current with similar products in the marketplace.
-
Process Sales transactions.
Provide Customer Service and communicate effectively and professionally.
-
Participate in market research to help guide the companies direction.
Qualifications
-
1 - 3 years of recent experience in sales.
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written communications with all levels of personnel.
- A positive attitude, and able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Experience in customer service and/or office sales environment a plus.
- Capable to interact, develop, and maintain new and existing client base.
- Bilingual a plus, especially in Spanish and/or Mandarin.
- Some college course work a plus.
Basic computer knowledge especially using Windows 2000/XP, MS Office/Outlook, MS Excel, MS WORD, etc.
